Toluca Lake is a short run east from our studio, over Cahuenga and past Universal. It is a small, tightly defined neighbourhood — 91602, roughly bounded by the Los Angeles River, Cahuenga Blvd and Riverside Dr — and it delivers quickly because there is not much of it.

The streets around Forman Ave, Placidia and Valley Spring Lane are single-family homes, many set behind hedges with gates at the driveway. Leave a gate code where there is one. The village along Riverside Dr is the commercial strip, and we deliver into the restaurants and salons there for birthdays and thank-yous.

The bigger share of Toluca Lake orders are studio-adjacent, because Warner Bros. and Universal are both minutes away. For a delivery to a lot, we need a building name or stage number and someone who can meet the courier at the gate — drive-on passes are not issued to florists, and a bouquet left at a security kiosk does not reach anybody.
