By accessing our website or placing an order with Julie’s Flowers, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. FRESH FLOWER PRODUCTS

All bouquets and floral arrangements are made with fresh flowers and natural materials. Because flowers are seasonal and may vary by availability, slight differences in color, shape, size, bloom stage, or arrangement style may occur.

We always do our best to keep the same overall look, color palette, design direction, and value shown on the website.

3. FLOWER SUBSTITUTIONS

If a specific flower, color, or variety is unavailable, Julie’s Flowers may substitute it with flowers of equal or greater value.

Substitutions are made carefully to preserve the style, mood, and overall appearance of the selected bouquet.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be prepared or delivered. We reserve the right to update prices, products, availability, and delivery options at any time without prior notice.

5. SAME-DAY FLOWER DELIVERY

Julie’s Flowers offers same-day flower delivery in Los Angeles 7 days a week for eligible addresses.

To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before our daily cutoff time. Delivery availability may depend on the recipient’s address, courier availability, weather, traffic, and current order volume.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient name, delivery address, apartment or unit number, phone number, and any building access details.

If the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or the courier is unable to complete the delivery, an additional redelivery fee may apply.

7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once the courier picks up your bouquet, you may receive a tracking link by SMS.

After the delivery is completed, confirmation may be sent by SMS or email. In some cases, flowers may be left with a concierge, front desk, reception, building staff, or in a safe location when appropriate.

8. PHOTO BEFORE DELIVERY

Julie’s Flowers may provide a photo of the finished bouquet before delivery when requested or when available.

This service is provided as a courtesy and may not delay the delivery process. Photos are intended to show the completed arrangement before it leaves our floral studio.

9. PERSONAL CARD MESSAGES

Customers may include a personal card message with their flower order.

Julie’s Flowers reserves the right to refuse messages that contain offensive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

10. ORDER CHANGES

You may request changes to your order, including the delivery address, delivery date, card message, recipient details, or bouquet preferences.

Changes are not guaranteed once flowers have been sourced, the bouquet is being prepared, or the order is already out for delivery.

11. CANCELLATIONS

Same-day flower orders are processed quickly and may begin preparation shortly after checkout.

Cancellation requests are only possible before the bouquet has been prepared or sent out. Once an order is in progress, cancellation may not be available.

12. REFUNDS & QUALITY ISSUES

Because flowers are perishable and custom-arranged, refunds are reviewed case by case.

If there is a quality issue with your flowers upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the arrangement. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another fair resolution.

13. RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may contact the recipient or sender, leave the flowers with a concierge, front desk, reception, building staff, or place them in a safe location when appropriate.

Julie’s Flowers is not responsible for flowers left unattended at the customer’s request or due to recipient unavailability.

14. HOSPITALS, HOTELS, OFFICES & APARTMENTS

We deliver flowers to homes, apartments, hotels, offices, hospitals, reception desks, and other approved locations across Los Angeles.

For hotels, offices, hospitals, and apartment buildings, customers should provide accurate recipient details, room number, company name, department, front desk instructions, or building access information when available.

15. WEBSITE CONTENT

All product photos, text, designs, logos, graphics, and website content belong to Julie’s Flowers unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our website content without written permission.

16. PRIVACY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customer information is used to process orders, manage delivery, communicate about purchases, and improve customer service.
