Questions about flower delivery in LA?
Real answers from a real local florist — not a call center. We've been handcrafting bouquets in Studio City since day one.
1. Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Los Angeles?
Yes. We offer same-day flower delivery across Los Angeles when you place your order before our daily cutoff time. Availability depends on the delivery address and current order volume.
2. What areas do you deliver to?
Free delivery in Studio City, Sherman Oaks 91423, Valley Village, Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Universal City, Beverly Hills 90210 and West Hollywood 90046. A flat $14 to Burbank, Glendale, Encino, Tarzana, Van Nuys, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Westwood, Brentwood, Koreatown, Culver City and most of Santa Monica. A flat $14.99 to Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, Venice, Marina del Rey and the rest of Los Angeles County. Your exact price appears at checkout as soon as you enter the ZIP code — see every area with prices.
3. Will my bouquet look like the photo?
Yes, your bouquet will be designed to match the style, color palette, and overall size shown on the website. Because flowers are seasonal, small substitutions may be made when needed, but the final arrangement will keep the same look and value.
4. Can I see a photo before delivery?
Yes. You can request a photo of your finished bouquet before it leaves our studio. Just add a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
5. Can I add a card message?
Yes. Every flower order includes a complimentary card message. You can enter your message during checkout, and we’ll include it with the bouquet.
6. What happens if the recipient is not home?
Our courier may leave the flowers in a safe place, with a front desk, concierge, or reception if available. If we need help completing the delivery, we may contact the recipient or sender.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes as soon as possible after placing the order. Same-day flower orders are prepared quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once the bouquet is already being made or sent out.
8. How long do flowers usually last?
Most fresh flower arrangements last several days with proper care. For best results, keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat, change the water regularly, and trim the stems when needed.
9. Do you make custom bouquets?
Yes. We can create custom flower arrangements based on your preferred colors, flowers, occasion, or photo reference. For custom same-day orders, it is best to contact us early.
10. Do you deliver to hospitals, hotels, and offices?
Yes. We deliver flowers to homes, apartments, hotels, offices, hospitals, and reception desks across Los Angeles. For hospitals and hotels, please include the recipient’s full name, room number, company name, or front desk details when available.
