Beverly Hills is a fifteen to twenty minute run from the studio over Coldwater Canyon or Laurel Canyon, and 90210 is one of the addresses we deliver to most often. The area divides sharply between the flats and the hills, and the two need different things from us.

In the flats — the grid between Wilshire Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd, around Canon, Beverly and Rodeo — deliveries are straightforward. The office buildings along Wilshire take flowers at reception with a floor and a contact name. The hotels take them at the front desk with a guest name; a hotel will not release a guest name to a courier, so we need it from you at checkout.

North of Sunset the streets climb into Benedict Canyon, Coldwater Canyon and Beverly Glen, and almost everything is gated. A gate code and a phone number are the difference between a delivery and a second trip. Many houses have a service entrance the staff prefer flowers to come to — if you know it, tell us.

Restaurant deliveries for engagements and birthdays are common here; give us the reservation name and time and we land the flowers just before it. Traffic on Santa Monica and Wilshire is heavy from mid-afternoon.

Yes. Beverly Hills is just over the hill from the studio, and because 90210 is inside our free zone there is no delivery charge on a same-day order. The cutoff is 1:00 PM; after that the order goes out the next morning.

Yes, every day of the week including most holidays. For Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, order a few days ahead — same-day slots fill early.

Can I choose a delivery time?

What if nobody is home?
Gated residences need a gate code or a name at the guard house. Hotels and offices sign at the front desk. Leave a recipient phone number either way. The courier always calls first, and if the delivery cannot be completed we bring the flowers back to the studio and try again.

Will I know it arrived?
We photograph the finished bouquet and send you the picture before the courier leaves, so you see exactly what was delivered.

Where are the flowers made?
At our Ventura Blvd studio in Studio City, over Coldwater Canyon, by hand, on the day of delivery. Nothing is pre-made and nothing is shipped in a box from another state.
