About this bouquet

Twenty-four garden roses in soft yellow, delivered in an aqua box. Yellow is the colour people avoid by default and then like most in the room — it lifts a space in a way red does not, and it reads as warm rather than romantic. Garden roses open into a full cup over two or three days, so the box looks fuller on day three than on day one.

24 stems suits a standard cylinder vase. Trim a little off the stems every couple of days as you change the water and it will hold its shape longer.

Caring for garden roses

Garden roses carry many more petals than a standard rose and open into a full cup over two to three days. That is when they look their best. Re-cut the stems at an angle before they go in water, strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline, and change the water every other day. Expect five to seven good days — a little shorter than standard roses, in exchange for a fuller flower.

Every order includes a handwritten card in a sealed envelope, and we photograph the finished bouquet and send you the picture before the courier leaves. Built by hand at our Studio City studio on the day it is delivered.
