About this bouquet

Ten lavender stock, ten white chrysanthemums and ten lavender carnations. This is the most fragrant bouquet we make — stock carries a sweet, clove-like scent that fills a room, which is lovely at home and the wrong choice for a shared hospital ward. The chrysanthemums and carnations are both two-week flowers, so the shape outlasts the scent.

Who this one suits

For someone unwell, keep it out of a shared ward if the flowers are scented, and ask us for a box arrangement instead of a wrap so ward staff are not hunting for a vase.

10 stems suits a standard cylinder vase. Trim a little off the stems every couple of days as you change the water and it will hold its shape longer.

Caring for carnations

Carnations are the longest-lasting flower we sell — ten to fourteen days with the water changed. Re-cut the stems above a node rather than through one, keep them out of direct sun, and they will outlive everything else on the table.

Caring for stock flowers

Stocks are heavily scented and they drink hard. Change the water every day or two — more often than you would for roses — and re-cut the stems each time. Seven to ten days. Because of the scent they are lovely in a hall or a living room, and a poor choice for a hospital room where other patients share the air.

Every order includes a handwritten card in a sealed envelope, and we photograph the finished bouquet and send you the picture before the courier leaves. Built by hand at our Studio City studio on the day it is delivered.
