Twenty-four red roses with eucalyptus. The eucalyptus is doing real work here, not filling space: it adds the scent red roses largely lack and its grey-green cools the red so it looks richer rather than brighter. Twenty-four stems is the size that reads as a proper gift rather than a gesture.

24 stems suits a standard cylinder vase. Trim a little off the stems every couple of days as you change the water and it will hold its shape longer.

Caring for roses

Re-cut the stems at an angle before putting them in water and strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline — submerged leaves are what turns water cloudy and shortens the life of a bouquet. Change the water every other day and keep the vase out of direct sun and away from a heating vent. Ours hold seven to ten days that way.

Caring for eucalyptus

Eucalyptus outlasts the flowers it comes with and dries well — once the blooms are done, hang the eucalyptus upside down somewhere dry and it keeps its scent for months.

Every order includes a handwritten card in a sealed envelope, and we photograph the finished bouquet and send you the picture before the courier leaves. Built by hand at our Studio City studio on the day it is delivered.
