How ordering works
Choose a bouquet, add a card message at checkout and enter the delivery address. The delivery price appears before you pay, based on the ZIP code — nothing is added afterwards. We photograph the finished bouquet and send you the picture before the courier leaves, so you see exactly what arrives.
Every order includes a handwritten card in a sealed envelope at no extra cost. Chocolates and vases can go in the same cart and arrive together, at one delivery charge.
Questions about ordering flowers in Los Angeles
Can I get flowers delivered today?
Yes. Order before 1:00 PM and the bouquet goes out the same day, seven days a week. After the cutoff it is scheduled for the next morning, and you pick the date at checkout.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photograph?
It will match the style, palette and size shown. Flowers are seasonal, so an individual variety is sometimes substituted for something equivalent or better. You see a photograph of the finished bouquet before it leaves the studio.
Which flowers last the longest?
Carnations, at ten to fourteen days, and alstroemeria, commonly two weeks. Roses hold seven to ten days with the water changed. Peonies last five to seven days and open as they go, which is the point of them.
Do you deliver to hotels, offices and hospitals?
Yes to all three. Hotels need the guest name, offices need a floor and a reception contact, hospitals need the patient name and room or department. For hospitals a box or basket arrangement is easier for ward staff, because it carries its own water.
Do you have a real shop I can walk into?
Two. Studio City at 12818 Ventura Blvd STE. 2 and Downtown LA at 770 S Grand Ave, both open daily 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Addresses, parking and directions.
How far ahead should I order for a holiday?
Three to four days for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and graduation week. Those weeks sell out and same-day slots close early.
